A Clear Guide to Your Journey from Pre-Registration to Certification
- Self-Assessment: Begin by evaluating your eligibility to ensure you meet the necessary qualification requirements before starting the process.
- Registration: Complete your registration by paying the required fee and submitting your documents, including a scanned copy of a valid ID for verification.
- Induction: An assessor will conduct an induction to confirm your eligibility and explain the required evidence. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, your registration will be canceled, and your fee refunded.
- Evidence Submission: Provide the necessary evidence as outlined in the assessment criteria. If you’re unsure about the type of evidence required, consult with your assessor for guidance.
- Feedback and Revision: Your assessor will review the submitted evidence and provide feedback. Evidence that meets the criteria will be marked as “criteria met,” while any gaps will be highlighted for revision and resubmission.
- Competence Evidence: Submit the final evidence demonstrating your attainment of all learning outcomes. Once your evidence meets the criteria, it will be marked as “criteria met” by the assessor.
- Internal Quality Assurance: The Internal Quality Assurance Verifier (IQA) will review your portfolio to ensure consistency and adherence to required standards.
- External Verification: The IQA submits your portfolio for external verification to OTHM’s External Quality Assurance Verifiers (EQA), who may contact you for additional verification of the evidence provided.
- Certification: Once all checks are completed successfully, ICTQual will issue your official certificate, marking the successful completion of the ICTQual Level 2 Award in Manicure Services
